Bookkeeper:
An individual experienced with Intuit QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Create invoices. Scan and attach remittances, payments, and receipts in QBO. Run reports to review with management. Track services provided for billing department. Monitor contract details, setup services in QBO, verify prior authorizations are extended. Send monthly invoices, negotiate payment plans with Financial Manager, collections.
Medication Manager:
An individual to enter medication orders into electronic health records, audit/verify med passes are documented properly, monitor counts, call pharmacies and coordinate refills, work with resident and physician to coordinate medication bridges when necessary. Ensure medications are delivered timely to facilities. Responsible to ensure proper destruction of medications. Night and weekend availability to answer medication questions from staff via phone.
Intake / Discharge Coordinator:
An individual to welcome and review paperwork with intakes, scan documentation to appropriate parties, update electronic records with information gathered prior and during intake, give tour of facility, etc. Prepare new charts. Search belongings as needed.
Complete paperwork with resident prior to discharge, return cell phone and any locked-up items, gather all paper documentation and deliver to records department. Ensure follow-up contact is made after discharge.
